Why data is shared
Only the student's first name and the text of messages are shared, and only with the AI services that power the tutor — OpenAI API and Google Gemini API — so it can generate lesson responses and check answers. Original audio and images are not shared; they are processed on the operator's own servers, and only the text transcription of voice messages is sent.
Account deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by emailing info@onay-oqu.kz. The request is processed within the period established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
